  • Make sure you adhere to the 5 seconds rule, which says that you need to take action on everything in less than 5 seconds, otherwise your mind will block your intention.

 

Did you identify yourself as someone who has positive ambitions but gets blocked by his own mind all the time, falling back into old habits? Try to punish yourself when you could not adhere to a new habit, e.g. by buying a close friend whom you tell about your goals a drink every time you were not successful.
